The Jumpstar variety has a very fast germination, comparable to a Lolium perenne.
Cespitosa of temperate climate (C3), with medium-fine leaf texture and growth forming rhizomes. Very tolerant to treading and sensitive to leaf diseases in mild weather conditions. Recommended in mixtures due to its lateral growth. It can be sown with a precision seeder and laid if necessary, as long as the humidity and temperature conditions are good.
